How do we integrate Intuitive Commerce, and how long does it take?

We offer two seamless implementation options:

API Integration

Using our RESTful API, your business can begin to reap the rewards of Intuitive Commerce as quickly as your in-house development team completes the integration themselves.

Visii Full Service

Relieving your development team of 98% of the work, our full-service integrated implementation option involves Visii building and tailoring widgets on your behalf. This usually takes about one month and includes everything from data ingestion to building and tailoring the widgets and testing.

What does a typical workflow look like?

With simplicity at its core, the workflow for using the Visii platform is as follows:

1. Set up account and receive your authentication token
2. Create a new dataset
3. Add content to the dataset
4. Check the processing status for the content of your dataset
5. Begin querying your content
6. Update content
7. Use the Analytics API to inform us of user behaviour to obtain more user-personalised results
8. Check the Client Dashboard for insights into your account

How does the pricing work?

In most cases, we use a 3-step pricing system, which includes:

1. One-off implementation charge

Using a statement of work following a technical call with our implementation team, the most suitable implementation method will be quoted and charged on a one-off basis.

2. Monthly charge

We’re proud to be a ROI-focused business, and it’s something our clients value too. As such, we use a credit system so usage is always linked to revenue uplift. Each month, we simply calculate the number of Visii Credits consumed and charge accordingly.

3. OaaS

Our Optimisation as a Service offering is an optional service ensuring our clients can extract as much value as possible from Visii’s integration as they scale, and as their requirements evolve. This additional fee varies depending on the agreed scope. Please contact us for more details and/or to discuss your specific requirements. 

For our Enterprise clients, one easy-to-track and transparent monthly fee is charged to cover the points above.

How are my product catalogues processed & can Intuitive Commerce integrate with the existing platform(s) we use?

As our widgets sit on top of your existing website, Intuitive Commerce can be integrated almost effortlessly, and on any platform.

Accessing products can be done by feed (and even Google shopping) or using our API.

Can we test Intuitive Commerce against what we already have?

Absolutely. In fact we actively encourage running a split test against your current solution so that the value of Intuitive Commerce is plain to see. Your Visii Account Manager will be on hand to offer guidance on different testing methods should you need it.
